The external build is very solid, featuring a full metal body and high strength polymer components. The receiver is stamped with official H&K trademarks for the complete authentic look. The sights are made of metal and are fully adjustable. A claw mount can be added as an optional accessory should optics be desired. These guns have four firing modes including safe, semi auto, 3-round burst, and full auto. Each mode is depicted with a series of easy to understand symbols. A bullet with an "x" through it for safe, a single bullet for semi auto, three bullets for 3-round burst, and a long stream of bullets for full auto.
Internally these guns are very well built. In our tests they shot approximately 380 FPS with 0.20g BBs and 14 rounds per second on a 9.6v battery. Effective range is approximately 160ft. The hop-up unit is very effective and is revealed by pulling back on the charging handle. Since this AEG is modeled after a SMG it can be a good choice for either field or CQB play. It's compact enough to maneuver with but still has the range and power to perform well on the field. Included is a 200 round high capacity magazine.
